Re: ><))))*> LONDON VISA OFFICE - FSW 2009 APPLICANTS** (",)

to clarify our confusion...got this from London website.....NO WORRIES even if you include RPRF or not....

http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/united_kingdom-royaume_uni/visas/fees-frais.aspx?lang=eng#rprf

Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF)

Applicants for permanent residence can pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee ($490) at the time they submit their application or at a later date when requested.

God bless everyone....

Re: ><))))*> LONDON VISA OFFICE - FSW 2009 APPLICANTS** (",)

do u guys know, if the fund in stock/ share market is acceptable as proof of funds to Local CHC?

Re: ><))))*> LONDON VISA OFFICE - FSW 2009 APPLICANTS** (",)

hi... I would interpret the following statement from the app guide as yes you can include. The key question you need to ask yourself is 'are they unencumbered?', and 'can you release the capital asap?'.

as with the value of property - its not what the property is worth - its the capital it would release should you choose to sell it.

I would double check any statement the financial institution would give you though - make sure you can PROOVE and BACK UP any claims you are making. so when you send in all your paperwork you can proove what you have claimed.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG74.asp

10. Funds

Indicate the amount (in Canadian dollars) of unencumbered, transferable and available funds that you have. This amount can include the value of any property that you own, but should not include jewellery, cars or other personal assets.

Congr. CAP2Canada and wish you a luck in your next stage.

Did you receive your medical paper by normal or recorded mail ( if you are now in UK)? I am asking about that because I am afraid that my medical paers has been lost as my case from 2 months and half is in process according to the ecas.

Good Luck and thank you for your input
