Hi everyone,
My case was transferred to Uk London office on 26 nov 2010. Still status is in progress. Does anyone ve any idea how long it will further take to finalize my case. I also want to travel to Canada in April n going to apply for visit visa, will that effect on my current application????

Also could you pls tell me if u r in Canada as a visitor, can u change ur status to work permit while in Canada .

Plz any reply will be highly appreciated

No one can tell you exact timeline as to how long will it further take? CHC London is certainly very slow so may be few more months or upto a year, who knows.

Applying for visit visa or TRV won't affect your PR application however you can't change your status from within Canada while on TRV, you'll have to come back to Pakistan to get it changed.

I am reading different another sites and forum, Canada discourage immigration system.
Canadian High commission have ability to resolve with in few months backlog cases in all over world canadian embassies.
but canadian govt nothing take interest.

if you see previous cases history , applicant wait from seven year 2nd AOR.
I think seven years very meaning for every person.

I think all country two to three person receive medicle or 2nd AOR, we all applicant think, next day my applicant.
Reality is different

Hi guys, Today is a very good day for us, few min ago we have receive our query reply and they inform us that our case is finalized and they asked us to submit our Passports for PR Visa, and it takes exactly 13 months from the date of complete application submission to CHC London, wishing everybody best of luck.

Currently fast track FSW post February 2008 applications are on the highest priority at CHC London but from April 2011 London based SAP FSW applications submitted until August 2007 will also go along and will be finalsed in 47-48 months at CHC London. The processing time at CHC London for SAP FSW applications will be 47 months approximately by July 2011.

By October 2011, CHC London will clear its SAP FSW inventory of applications submitted until October 2007.

The SAP FSW applications who haven't got supporting documents update instructions (October 2007 to February 2008) are still on hold until further instructions given by the Canadian Parliament. Canadian Parliament may instruct CIC any time after passing the bill of proposed amendments in the selection criteria of FSW category.

The straight forward SAP Ottawa Processing Unit applications will have to meet the lowest 42 months FSW processing times.

CHC London FSW post June 26, 2010 applications will be processed on the highest priority from October 2011 onwards.

hi 2 all. i am oct 2009 applicant received my 2nd AOR 1 year back.yesterday i mailed CHC London they reply as

we received ur mail and will reply u within 28 days.dont mail us again.

plz seniors comment is this an autogenerated reply or real mail from CHC London. or anybody received such type of reply from them. plz ans, i am waiting ok bye
