I guess , you have to wait for further 13 months for getting the letter for documents submission.

I filed the case in Dec' 06 but the e-status is still showing 'in process'.

By clicking on "In Process " you can see the date they have started processing your case and also when your file has been moved ti London

'In Process' is just showing the date thay have started the processing, i.e. 16th Dec' 06

I have received e mail fom CiC ,they state that cic is working closely to manage arrivals in canada,
so tha t we meet but do not exceed the immigration plan set by parliament last fall for 2011.Until we
receive further instruction from parliament.we can not predict when processing on your application will
commence.
In addition, my dears 2007 applicant what would you like to comment on this reply. As we are in same
boat. I am feb 2007 applicant and my job n o c is 1236.

provincial nominee to Saskachwan with job offer.
