How to withdraw 2006 file and re-apply in 2010?

I am new hear I hava so maany queries here.

I applied my file in 2006 but there is no response of embassy.

I want to withdraw my file. How to withthdraw file?
Can I get my application fees back?

I want to apply again in New fast track process. I don't have any problem for points. I am master degree, wife is graduate and relative is in Canada. I can get more points to pass.

Can anybody suggest how to withdraw file and apply again?

Any disadvantage to withdraw and applyyy again? Please help me

Got confirmation from CHC London that all Islamabad cases of 2007 are being transferred to London.... by Oct 2010 this process would be completed.......... CHC London would start calling for documents up-date starting from Nov - Dec this year.............

Hey Moon and all the other 2007 applicants,well we're still in the race though the wait is becoming almost unbearable! My file has made some movements since I applied in 2007.I have already received update of docs request.I am now waiting for a decision after sending in my meds and PPs.Actually my PP has been at CICs for the last 6 months!! Patience is the key to this game though it sometimes really frustrates waiting for extended period of time.I have a feeling that atleast come end 2011 most of our cases will have been concluded.what do you guys think?
