from what I have read so far in this forum, the following VO have applicants in-process
India - 2004
Philippines - 2005
London - 2006/2007

past this year, the applicant can be part of the elimation bucket

iam sorry I have no idea for transfer of application. hopefully it is for good.

What about the fate of those Pre-2008 applicants who didn't participate in the litigation process. If anybody has any info please share. Its a matter of life as we are waiting since 2007.

Hi..im also a 2006 applicant. VO is manila. After Letter asking of my interest in 2008, i received a another letter informing me that my canadian dream will soon become a reality. The asked me to keep my email address active. This is the last letter from cic. Its been 4 years since their last letter. I ordered for Caips but no update yet... Let us continue to provide update to this forum. Ciao...

Edgr, AOR IS MARCH 2006. I dont think the letter is an advantage for me because there no update until now.
