great hos, well done
hi. As u know when we submit our application we send all documents needed.I know I should send new police certificate or new application form. or let them know about changes during process time.Do we need to send documents without any change since that time again?

Hi Hos,

send all documents as requested by the UL, for example you need to send Civil Status for all family members, and also police certificates for over 18 members, however, if you sent back in 2006 your university degree and grades, you dont need to send it again because this type of status does not change.

Any document that is subject to change should be sent again.

Hi everybody,

Is it possible our occupations fall into more than one NOC codes, if so should we mention both codes or the one which is more appropriate?

Hi Armintaba,

My guess is that it should be the most appropriate and most one describing your actual job duties.

Others please comment.

Hi Armintba,

I agreed with yoskal.. Better to focus on one.

Hi,

I agree with youskal but in the mail form the generic form you must mention your current occupation. in the last table where you should write the codes and descriptions u can mention all of them if you worked continiously in any of the codes with the descriptions and the dates from current to the oldest

any news guys ?
anybody got it ? or send his papers and got any reaply from CIC ?

Hi friends,

Hope you are all ok. i would like to ask you guys if anyone know for sure about the proof of fund we should show in our bank statment, should it be there in the account for a specific period of time or it could be added few days before the date of issue of the stament?

thanks

If you deposit large amount of money recently (lets say within six months because they want last six months transaction of your account) then you have to provide proof that you own it through heritage, selling property etc.
If the money gradually reached to the level which they asked even in the last day of the six month period, then in my opinion, there should be no problem.
Another thing that they check through your bank transaction is your banking activity. It shows that you are a working member of society and your are economically active. it is indirect way of checking of your work experience letter legitimacy.
