well you dont need a contact person. what happens is when Warsaw VO send you notification that your passport is ready for pick up, you call DHL and tell them that you need to pick up your passport from Warsaw VO. they will take same shipment nbr for which you send your PP and thats it no need for names. DHL knows the procedure, they usually call the warsaw embassy and take an appointment to pick up the passport and thats it.Ko0ks said:Dear Hassan,

I already couriered my passport to the embassy. My question is in regards to the return courier, DHL and all the other companies will do that once the embassy notify us that the passport is ready, for that we need to have a contact person name and email so DHL can dispatch someone to go pick-up the passport from the embassy and they need such contact details for the follow-up.
In regards to the timeline of my medical, i did my medical examination in May 2013, and now in August i received the PPR. (I applied for the immigration in June 2009)

this depends on the country where u want the passports to be sent, for example in my case in Saudi Arabia where i work, TNT refused to pick up my passports & told me that they don't ship passports, Fedex told me that they don't do the pick up service, DHL insisted on having a contact person wth his mobile number wch is impossible to get, but Aramex did the job for me, i gave them the address for Warsaw VO and my address & they did the rest for me. but if u have a membership in one of theses courier companies u can do all this stuff online through their website, unfortunately this option was not available for me in Saudi Arabia.hassan09 said:
