Average waiting time is about 2 years for new applicants.
For 2007 applicants it requires at least 2, 2.5 years to finalize if they treat u like 2005 (about 8 month to get UL, anther 8 for medicals, another 8 for PPR).
Is it worth the fuss to apply from scratch, pay fees, collect and translate documents if its the same waiting period? I don'know..... was it better to do that a year ago when the 28 list was updated? yes.


You can have 2 applications in parallel and whatever comes first, but you would have paid x2, prepared x2 documents, double the cost.

Eventually the decision is yours because this is a critical decision about the withdrawal, but if its feasible for you financially, then don't withdrawal, just apply another application on the new system.

In my view rejecting the new applications is done much more simply by the officers with showing no sympathy due to the shorter waiting time

You guys put everything you have into the last few pages, in a way just kind of the worst thing that could ever happen,
but you still dedicated to immigration
if you review a gain you will discover that some guys sees 1+1=10, and some sees 1+1=0.
try to focus again and remember that 1+1=2

We need some optimism .We can't let fear for future make us lose confidence
We need to figure out that we have no way to change this equation

But regarding you I used to think that you need to try to workout on your mind for better health

May be you will make some improvement to be able to undersatnd that we are in this thead tired of your useless and unreasonable
interference

A lot of broad minded and respectfull wise members of this thread have expreseed similar worries about your misunderstanding of our needs by drowning Dam 2006 thread in a flood of irrelative information ,but you fail to act accordingly

May be if you review the previuos 116 pages you will understand about what we are talking

some people have preception problems and they have grown up on it , make sure you are not able to change them within a short term, I recommend you not to care for them and stay calm, In some other forum once someone is not matching the other members would be given a warning for the first time and there is no more warning message for the second fault but being eliminated somehow. wish we had such facility to cancel out such guys and make comfort

i just saw this thread i think, & i am in the same boat as most of u
i applied through damascus office from Jordan on June 2006, i didn't hear from them until April 2010 when i discovered that my file was transferred to Warsaw office, on September 2010 i received an update request wth request for new ielts, all application forms, job experience, qualifications & new original police certificate, all done & sent on 7 December 2010, now waiting for medicals??
can somebody (who shares a similar timeline with me) tell me when i am expected to receive my medical request?

thanx for ur concern, i was checking my e-cas status online regularly & i discovered a statement added to my status that my file was transferred to warsaw office & they may contact you soon, they did contact me via warsaw office on September 2010 means 5 months after my status waqs updated & requested to send them the updates within 90 days & i did

To add on wjd for cooldoc, they contacted through EMAIL, and included as attachement the Update Letter.

Now this is what I call RELEVANT INFORMATION, even if its repeating some responses posted earlier, but for new joiners they need to be informed and their question answered.

Now, for Mayankpadia, I tried not to interfere, I tried to ignore, of course I'm not with harrassements or bad words being said among supposedly educated ppl, but I guess troga was forced to do that, so mayank, you are sharing with us information, I think we are able to easly find those information in CIC media section website, or in articles posted on e-newsletters, but it seems like you are not getting the point of the debate, I don't care about information related to ppl that are going to apply or under new process, if I want I can open a new thread for that, this one is intended for "2006 DAMASCUS" of course all our 2007 joiners are welcomed don't get me wrong, since they are also under old process. So I dare you mayank, to post just 1 form of information that can help us 2006 old applicants, until now you haven't been much of a help in a help intended blog, you're more like a spam...sorry for my honest expression.

Enough said, we can also send an insult and say goodbye in the same sentence, you already said goodbye twice before and you're still here, do stick around if you can help us with RELEVANT information.
