Average waiting time is about 2 years for new applicants.
For 2007 applicants it requires at least 2, 2.5 years to finalize if they treat u like 2005 (about 8 month to get UL, anther 8 for medicals, another 8 for PPR).
Is it worth the fuss to apply from scratch, pay fees, collect and translate documents if its the same waiting period? I don'know..... was it better to do that a year ago when the 28 list was updated? yes.
You can have 2 applications in parallel and whatever comes first, but you would have paid x2, prepared x2 documents, double the cost.
Eventually the decision is yours because this is a critical decision about the withdrawal, but if its feasible for you financially, then don't withdrawal, just apply another application on the new system.
