I am a Nov 2007 Applicant and so far I have only received my 1st AOR in December 2007. No other docs. are being requested by the Embassy. I am from Guyana - CHC Port of Spain - Trinidad and Tobago.

None yet. Still waiting for PPR. However, I saw a couple of forumers the other day receiving their PPR and MR request from CEM

Hello everyone!

My family applied under FSW category on March 2005 in Canadian Embassy Manila, and our AOR was July 7, 2005. Since then, we only heard the embassy once, when they sent a communication in 2008 requesting for our confirmation whether to proceed with our application or not. We heard that applicants during the first quarter of 2005 are being processed already. Any updates beyond this period?

I am applicant of 2007. How my IELTS score will determine?

Is it as per old scoring system or new system?

As per old system, applicant need to obtain 7 to each section to get maximum points. Whereas new system allow applicant to get 4 points for 6.5 in each section except listening where 7.5 need to get to score 4 points.

Any idea?
