2 year program in Canada + Bachelor degree from overseas - Help!!

a Degree in Engineering(4 years) from India + Post grad diploma(2 years) from Canada = 135

Two or more applies to programs like combined programs or dual degrees. Where in one program you get two degrees. For example this https://business.ualberta.ca/programs/the-alberta-mba/degree-programs/mba-masters-of-engineering

On the other hand if you have done two programs separately you have two separate degrees which will get points separately. This will get you more points than dual degrees.

Hi So If I already got Bachelors in Commerce in 2007 and now If I do 1-year Diploma in Marketing from a reputed university through a distance learning. Then both degree will be counted as a separate program. I heard that the diploma provided from this university is equivalent to 3-year's program.
