Re-applied on 9 Oct after refusal on 25th Sept.
Processing office is Nrb , Kenya.

It is definitely possible. Though I will not comment if this is a rumour or not, but it's not entirely impossible. AIP/Eligibility could easily be passed but if the applicant had other refusals (not declared in application) / other issues under admissibility, that would lead to a refusal.

Additional Doc Request: August 5. Request included to provide GIC! Medical and academic transcripts.
(Dont know till today why they asked for GIC in a NON SDS case!!!)

Additional Docs Submitted: August 27th

AIP: Sept. 3rd in GC Key

No update after that!!!

No not yet. I am thinking to get now however, my intake is stilll on May2021 and I have a hunch that they will only process this on January however, why did they give me BVL on Oct 20 if they can't release final decision yet. Waitinggggg gives me anxiety lol.
