2 way courier-received OPR, Indian/SDS/Fall2020

Hi,
I have received my Original Passport Request today on my GC Key account, and subsequently got the update on my registered email id via donotreply@cic.gc.ca. Will I be getting a separate mail from VFS or IRCC including an instruction letter or should I email them at passportsubmission@vfshelpline.com for the confirmation of 2-way courier? Kindly guide me through the process.

Have you received correspondence letter of biometrics in gc key? If yes then when did you receive?

My passport was sent to VFS and I got a mail today:
Please find your tracking id - XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX - and AWB number- XXXXXXXXXXX for further tracking.
Where to track this? Tracking ID was the only thing sent in the past. Where to check the AWB number tracking?

When did you send your passport and what date is showing in your tracking number?? In my tracking number it is showing 18 November. But still can’t track any thing. It says no record found.
You can try and track at VFS website
