Hi there, I have two questions I hope you all can help me with.

1) Under the Personal Info section it asks for only town and country of birth. I was born in the US, and my inclination is to put both my town and state where I was born. Would that be acceptable, or should I really just put the town name?

2) I have legally changed my name since immigrating to Canada. I have included my former name under the section for "Name on your COPR/record of landing" and also put my new name in the name change section. My question, do I need to also put my former name in the section "Have you ever used any other name?" I have a feeling I don't need to do this since it's the name on my immigration docs, and am overthinking, but would like a second opinion.

Thank you guys!

1) Try it and see. You're not going to get in any trouble for it.

2) I'd put it in the other name section even if redundant - won't hurt.
