2 questions!!!

I am sending in my application on Wednesday January 6th,2016. When my husband and I signed the forms it was December 7th,2015. Will the year signed matter?? Or should I reprint all the forms out and resign for this year???

Also I have another question. On the Education part I took a 6 month certificate but it only allows you to choose years. Is it ok if I left it blank and wrote in by hand .5?

1. As long as the forms are up to date (latest version) it's fine AFAIK

2. Yep! That makes sense to me. I had handwritten add-ons to some of my questions.
