1st portal email - How long after application is approved? Waiting for 50+ days

I have the same print queue reference. It must mean something. My file was approved by MS04404 at Montreal VO.

So for now we have:
@eddieeeeeelyx waiting since June 18th
@aviiii123 waiting since June 28th
@mstefan (me) waiting since June 30th
@New7077 waiting since July 21st

All our files have been transferred to our local VOs.

We are still a huge minority compared to other applicants. That’s why I keep thinking something went wrong for us along the way. I will update the list with new names if others in the same situation show up...

Usually the dates are moved forward weekly by 2 or 3 weeks.

I've rarely visited that page before. Not sure how often they update it. And honestly, like everything else IRCC related, I doubt the info is pertinent...

I have the feeling that they put dates that are like just over 6 months from today, so it appears that they are only a little late, but everything else if fine.

Our applications are technically already finalized, is it? Not sure if this include files are fianlzied waiting for landing.

I think that technically the process of virtual landing is the finalization of the application. So right now we can’t consider our applications as finalized. They are in the process. They will be once we get eCOPR, and that’s also when the status in our account should change to “approved” (read finalized, different from the final approval in the assessment process).

Yes i think so too. As long as it says "open" in our notes, our application has not been finalized

That's great if this is the case. Our cases were already approved so no way they can be considered as complex. But still have low hope on those date.
