1st AOR - File return - unique issue

please also update the progress on this thread as my application was also return by NS SYDNEY due to a minor info missing, on 12 May 2010 and still i havent received any thing when i call them they say they have returned every thing and it takes 2-3 months to reach. now i m also confused as after receiving application i cant fill the missing info and sent again as i have come under new rules now i think.... any comments pl...

Apply immediately. You will get through. Do not forget to include the letter which you got from CIC and a photocopy of post office stamp envelop which shows the letter receiving date as 28th June 2010. It will make your case strong and the new rules will not affect your case.

I have reapplied after removing the objection with detailed explanation in cover letter now let see wat will happen? .... wana know if anyone out there have got same experience as of after 26 june changes ... any positive thing experienced by some one or got acceptance from CIO ???.... in the meanwhile i have got my IELTS result and guess what i have achieved the maximum points bechmark but no AOR ...

If you are not using a rep then you shouldn't bother filling up the rep form, right? Wow, imagine that visa officer's mistake on your file took almost 3mos. processing time on your appl. I hope he realizes that mistake and try to make it up to you and speed up processing your appl. Good luck!!!

thanks for encouraging me .... i was not using any agent so how come i sent them the "using an agent form" ... that was the misunderstanding ... i have tried to clarify it in cover letter and let see what will happen ... in the mean time worst thing was that my occupation IT manager was removed from NOC list ... so who wants a last nail in his coffin ...... i have re-applied with Positive and optimistic approach that they will realize there mistake and will consider my application ... if they dont then no issue they are the BOSS .... no one can argue with them

This is strange. Even if someone is not using a representative still they have to submit this form? The guide clearly states submit this form only if you have a representative. Also, there is no option in the form which says that I choose not to have any representative for my application. I am asking this since i am planning to submit my application soon. Should I complete and include this form?

There is no need to submit this form if you are not using a consultant ....... i think there was some kind of misunderstanding which lead towards my file return ...... few of my friends didnt sent this form and they got first AOR so it was my HARD LUCK ..... dont worry and go ahead with your Application ....

Today i have received my application package back with new objection. after reading the whole letter from CIC i came to know that

1- there is no concept of PRE 26 june 10, application receiving. your application will be treated as fresh whether it was received and rejected (whether major or minor objection) before 26 june 10.

2- you need to follow new rules as per advised by CIC on 16 june 10.

i am really thankful to all of my friends who helped and encouraged me allot after application return due to v minor objection.
i am also thankful to those who helped me and guided me regarding to those shocking changes.....

However we know now that their is no such option.

yes for the time being i was sad but there is always some thing better for u ... GOD will provide us more and more and we must not lose faith ..... Hazrat Ali (R.A) once said " if you dont face any hurdle in your life, then its a warning that GOD is angry with you" ...... some times GOD gives u and see whats your reaction and some times GOd will not give you. main thing is, whats your reaction for those things which you think are against you ..... i think at the moment i dont deserve that or there is some thing much better for me....
