MINISTERIAL INSTRUCTIONS RESPECTING INVITATIONS TO APPLY FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE UNDER THE EXPRESS ENTRY SYSTEM (SEPTEMBER 8, 2015)

Determination — number of invitations

1. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 10.2(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the number of invitations that may be issued during the period beginning on September 8, 2015 and ending on September 9, 2015 is 1,517.

Required rank

(2) Foreign nationals who, on September 8, 2015 at 15:41:50 UTC, have been assigned a total of 459 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014 and as amended from time to time, occupy the rank required to be invited to make an application for permanent residence.

Wow, that's not bad. 459 means that new applications with CRS over 450 is stable and under 750 per week, as many got PN invitations.

Hopes generate for all those between 430 and 450, the expected score of 475+ is not happened and is stable at 459 means it might go down 450 in next draw if it happens in September or wait till october

It seems difficult to see CRS going below 450 at least for this year.

Mainly because, there is a huge backlog of previous FSW streams processing simultaneously with EE.

May be from next year 2nd quarter, we can anticipate the downward movement of CRS cutoff.

as per the no. of ITAs issued in each draw and the breaking of traditional Friday draw, it seems they don't want to exceed 1500 to tops 1700 ITAs in a draw regardless of the CRS...
