looks like there is nohope for the score to be under 450......considering a student visa already

1. Congratulations to those who received an ITA in the latest draw.

2. When are people going to finally "wake up" and stop conflating the number of projected admissions (I.e. The number of immigrants already granted PR & *landing*), with the number of projected ITAs to be issued?

2b. Most ITAs issued after July 1 2015 will be counted in 2016 targets (as *landing*). CIC itself has been quite specific that 2015 targets will be/have been met mostly from pre-EE applications.

I'm not even going to bother to reiterate my rants about the difference between a quota and a target ...
