Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Based on CIC's total target for the year 2015 , its highly likely that it's happening tonight .

This has been discussed earlier :D.. Only the gov know, but I feel next week or 2 weeks:)

Just to re-iterate, the governments targets for 2015 are no longer relevant.

1) considering the expected 6 months turnaround time after applications are submitted post ITA - any ITA's issued since July go towards the 2016 target. That target is not yet publically known.
2) they had a backlog of over 400,000 applications in January 2015, they could make their target from that for the next 2 years without any EE involvement.

No draw :( guess there's always next week ;D

Still one and half hour to go, be optimistic draw occurs at 00:00 UTC

Oh really ? I taught since its 6:42pm in Ottawa it would not happen? :)

2015 targets have already been met. No more draws will be made. People hoping for ITA should either wait it out till next year or look to immigrate somewhere else. Harsh realities of express entry.

Hahah get back in your box. Unless you have written proof don't write such bs :P

If you think this then you don't understand how the targets work.

If there's a draw tonight - it will have nothing to do with the 2015 targets.

Why would it not have anything to do with 2015 draw ? Is there any evidence yet to state that?

The evidence is in the target details published by CIC.

The 2015 targets are about who actually RECEIVES PR in 2015. It doesn't matter when they applied for PR (it could have been this year, or last year or three years ago or seven years ago).

Anyone who gets ITA now most likely won't be approved for PR until 2016 and therefore won't be counted towards the 2015 targets (they will be counted towards the 2016 targets).
