I have spent 167 days in USA and going to submit my PR application tomorrow. I know we need PCC if we have completed 6 months in any country. So based on number of days do I need PCC for USA??

Have you spent only 167 days in USA since you went 18? iF answer is yes and no more, then you do not need PPC. (here is still possibility, that they might ask for it later)
If however in total you have spent more PCC is must.

Here is my advice.
1. At the day of your AOR (if it is tomorrow) you will not be required for your USA PCC and your application cannot be rejected if you do not supply one.
2. There is however high probability, that they will ask for one later on.
3. it would be sensible to get one anyway even after you submit your application. USA has long waiting time for PCC, so when you start the process now, you will have one ready (or almost ready), when they will ask for it.

There is other candidate with similar setup like yours. At the day of application he was in country, where he did not spent 6 months yet (he was at 4 months). 3 months later they have still asked for PCC from that country from him.

good luck

You definitely need an FBI PCC. Don't submit your PR application without any proof you already applied for the FBI PCC.

It's kind of senseless that you don't submit a PCC from the country where you currently live, regardless of whether you've lived there for less than 180 days. I always say, err on the side of caution.

I can not agree more.

+1 (Except I do not see an option to actually upvote for your reply)
