1 Year equals 365 days so June 7th through June 6 th is exactly 365 days according my calculation so in my view given you would not complete 1 year until June 6th day has finished you could apply from June 7th 2017 onwards and not before. Whether you have completed 1560 hours or not before this which of course you have is irrelevant as its completing exactly 1 year/365 days that is really important as well as the min 1560 hours.

It is possible CIC might be lenient for sake of a day nobody here can say but fact is until June 7th you would not have completed exactly 1 year so it is your decision whether to submit or not just before the actual one year is up given by the time CIC get around to your application the one year will be well past.

Where did I ever say that??? I merely pointed out that the way you describe your experience in terms of hours leaves room for the possibility that you misunderstand the requirements.

So you worked full-time; there is absolutely no need to count hours. Then you need to work a full calendar year (52 weeks) before you are eligible.

I started working at my job on the 29th of April 2016
Technically, i received my ITA before it was few days to complete my one year experience
So i am set to submit my application on the 1st of May 2017
Can this affect my application? because am short of few days before my one year job exp is completed

Yes, of course this can affect your application. You must meet the minimum eligibility criteria at the time of the ITA - you do not. If you apply, chances are nearly 100% that you will be refused. So I would recommend declining the ITA, and waiting for the next draw.

I have been invited under CEC; I have my one year minimum (1560) using a combination of up to 3 different jobs which include part time - making me having some weeks with less than 30 hours per week as there were weeks I didnt work up to 30 hours.

This is how the calculation works:

1) For any weeks where you worked 30 hours or more - count each as one week
2) For any weeks where you worked less than 30 hours - add up the total hours and divide by 30

1) and 2) have to add up to at least 52.

does it count up to 52 weeks and 1560 hours sounds likely needs to be march 2017 as long as 52 weeks have passed given would need to be precisely march 1 thru feb 28 otherwise

Were you full-time (30 or more hours per week?) Also, you need to provide exact dates. If you were full-time, March 1, 2016 - Feb 28, 2017 qualifies. If it is March 15, 2016, to Feb 28, 2016, you do not qualify.

Well, either you started working illegally, OR you recently graduated from a Canadian program and you received specifically the PGWP. (Kind of important to be specific).

Assuming you're now on the PGWP - you can count the work after graduation and before you receive the PGWP, because the work is authorized, and you were no longer a full-time student. It is a good idea to include a letter of explanation about that time.

Hi sorry I forgot to mention. I graduated on the 31st of December 2016 and I started working from the 16th of Jan 2017 and got my PGWP on the 4th of Feb 2017. Do I have to include it in my letter or the Transcript date or certificate date will prove it?

I am not sure this is correct. My understanding is that your authorization to work under a study permit ends the day you graduate or complete your program UNLESS you have applied for the PGWP the next day or your study permit otherwise specifies you can work. I graduated in mid-December 2016, worked until Dec 31 at the same university on my study permit, applied for and was granted PGWP on Jan 4 2016. I don't count any work before my work permit, and my university wouldn't certify work done before Jan 4 in a reference letter. They said the dates must match my work permit.
