I got my first offer in Canada as a contract for few months. The offer says %15 an hour on T4 and no other benefits. Would this mean my employer pays the Tax or me?
What do I need to ask for in the offer?
Are there any hidden expenses that will cut more from the rate?

Thanks for your help!

You can't tell for sure from that information. However, it does imply that tax, CPP and EI will be withheld.

That means they are following the proper channels to pay you - legally. They will deduct all taxes

That they pay Tax directly is fine. But am I getting $15 an hour after tax or before tax if the offer says $15 an hour on T4.
In other words, how much is my take home pay per an hour?

That will probably be before tax and extras are deducted. http://www.paymentevolution.com/payrollcalculator
