I suggested a PN due to his EE score. 438 in a pool where 450 seems like the general cutoff won´t get him landed in Canada.
 
This draw likely won't be pretty (ceteris paribus) and we all need to be mentally prepared. Let's hope for normalcy after this draw. A draw every fortnight will be good for us all. Best of luck to bestofluck.

It definitely seems like it based on the predictions and considering the 19th was at 489. Hopefully there will be some happy threads here soon. ;D

I agree. Also there is a quote which they should be nearing now, in addition to the 25000+ refugees that they promised to land before holidays ( guess who's gonna process their papers!). There is also a big boat of people waiting with a PN. I bet the score will be 500+. I should encourage anyone who gets a PN letter of interest to apply.
 
I have a crs score of 441 , when the cut off was 450 I was hopeful that it will go down to 440, however with the latest draw closing at 489 my hopes have plummeted ....
Just a random question - what are the chances of getting at invite with a score of 441???

Statistically speaking, none. If you've never seen a draw a 441 points or lower, chances are you won't see it, for now.
 
What about chances of draw for 450 ?

I don't think that all 19 previous draws will have much of an effect statistically. The next cut-off will most likely be affected most by the 19th draw cutoff being 489 and the longer duration between that and the 20th. The score could go higher possibly. Here is hoping for the best. :D
