13th November - A big draw awaits

Hi, all I came on and I stated I didn't think there would be a draw yesterday. I came on to 'Man-up' and admit that I was wrong. As someone on a score of '466' points, it's not that I didn't want a draw, it's just that I thought with all the Syrian refugee processing, the PNP's etc, I genuinely thought there would not be a draw.

Determination — number of invitations
1. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 10.2(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the number of invitations that may be issued during the period beginning on November 13, 2015 and ending on November 14, 2015 is 1,506.
Required rank
(2) Foreign nationals who, on November 13, 2015 at 13:59:18 UTC, have been assigned a total of 484 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014 and as amended from time to time, occupy the rank required to be invited to make an application for permanent residence.

Dumb question: is everyone using the CIC online calculator to calculate the score or using some other calculators?
I haven't been able to submit my profile yet as the profile asks for ECA certificate number which is pending with WES. But based on the CRS calculator, my wife has 479 points which will be 474 after 18th Nov, since she will turn 30. Is there a way I can go ahead without the ECA certificate number and submit the profile before 18th November?
Do we get to know our exact CRS score after we submit the profile? Just curious to know what's on the other side!!

Hi, if you are entering the education credentials you need the document ID on the ECA. The alternative is to create the profile without entering the education (and ECA ID No) and update the profile with the education qualification and the ECA number later. However if you follow this approach (based on what you have said) your score will be a lot less than 479 (before Nov 18)/474(after Nov 18).
