ask your courier company to return you your parcel back.

they might charge you some extra money but you will be saved of all the hasle of asking oinp to return you your parcel and it might take few weeks.

I sent it last week and I think they have it by now.

that's strange thing to hear back from CIC ... You just have to wait.

ITA sometimes takes upto 24 hours to land in your MYCIC account.
