You need to post all your details here and ask the administrators to update the file. It will take probably one day till it will be done. ;)

I have read in few topics that they have sent it to
CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca

I just sent one, but seems that they need 20 working days to reply

If you are a Skilled Worker applicant and you have a request for case information you may contact the Client Service Unit of the Central Intake Office. If you applied within the last six weeks, the CSU will not respond to your enquiry.

You will not receive a reply to your email if:
you have not already applied as a federal skilled worker
you are not authorized to receive personal information
you applied within the last six weeks
your enquiry concerns any other topic.

Please do not send the same enquiry more than once. You can reach the CSU at

FSW‑Sydney‑Search‑Enquiry@cic.gc.ca
CIO‑Sydney‑Search‑Enquiry@cic.gc.ca

I have taken the DD from Thomas Cook as well. I email the branch that has issued me the DD and they reply in 4-5 days. Twice they did for me this year.

Hello to everyone!

I just read that you have discussed that there is a quota according to VO and I just want to share that I think there is much logic in this. Why? IF you remember long ago there was no quota but the processing time for the applications was about 4 years ... So they decided to put quota which is not a quota for the people which are to be approved - this is a qouta for applications to be processed as far as I understand... So there is much logic to have a quota based on the team working on the applications in each VO...

What other explanation would you have to the fact that some people have received cap reached on 8th of July and others ... on 21st of July are processed?...

OF course, this theory will fall appart if there are 2 people from one and the same visa office have cap reached on 8th of July and "applications processed" on 21st of July. But as far as I see - they are from different visa offices... Please, correct me if I am wrong.

Good luck to all.

Viz nd Priyavig from visa office new delhi whoz application returned due to cap reached...
Nd mine is awaiting initial processing...........according to the reply sent by cio...........

Though i think that cap was reached on 8th july............. nd they had sent me that reply bcoz application is still with them and they havent opened it yet..............
They will only send that email of ur application was sent back on this date as cap had reached when they have the date when they actually send ur application back...........
