1122 Post Application ON July 2011 Lets Share

Out of curiosity for those who sent their application prior to the 1st of July, so it was received by CIC on the 4th or 5th of July...
What date did you put on the forms when you signed?
The actual date ex 28th june, 30th june, or the 1st of July?

yeah this is a good question, what date you guys put when you sign the application. as cap gonna open on july first will that doesnt mean that those application will go under last year. even if u guys put a postdated sign wont your application will be fraudulent...
sorry for this word, its not to offend you. but by law u need to sign the genuine date when u filled the app.

I think this forum was very informative during the initial stages but slowly it is becoming a source of confusion because everybody is jut posting their assumptions.
Guys lets understand one thing everybody here is applying for immigration who qualifies and who doesn't is a different part of the story. Lets agree that everybody among us has put a considerable amount of time and money in the process.
My request to all of you is that whether we make it in the cap or not we have to show some maturity. we cannot talk like kids lets be mature. I see a lot of people ( not to offend anyone personally) are just posting their comments without analyzing it. Guys when u have a information analyze it than if you r convinced than only paste it.
Your comments should be with some kind of proof attached to it. eg. in some comments people say CIO office cannot be so irresponsible and in the same comment they say they have done this very irresponsibly.
Now how can they be talking both and when somebody cross question the post they have no answer to post a reply.
Let me tell you not a single one of us have received our application back.
None of the NOC is being charged or updated.
None of the emails received says we are sending back your application because IT WAS RECEIVED AFTER THE CAP WAS FULL.
lets wait for some time because if you are disheartened so fast than even if you get the immigration and you move to Canada than there will be 1000 things which will dishearten you. remember you are currently in your home country settled tommorow that will be a new country and if you will loose hope so early say u don't get a job for eg. for few months than ur negative attitude is not going to only bother you but risk ur family also.
Guys everyone dies one day that doesn't means you will stop living today. whatever comes face it make a plan B execute it and enjoy life.
Enjoyment and achievement are internal if you dont know how to be happy in any situation trust me changing the country also will never make you happy.

Nooo my question shouldn't be misunderstood and I don't want to confuse people more...I was wondering since I have to prepare my plan B, C, D whatever I'm planning in order to reunite with my family in Canada, and promise a better tomorrow for my little one.

I'm not accusing anyone signing applications post dated, but if next year NOC 1122 is going to be there, I have to figure out how to send it fast enough to be there the first working days of July! I had my application ready since the 5th of July since I was waiting for my BD to be delivered from Canada to Italy, I went to fedex on the 6th and it was dispatch on the 7th, it took 6 days to arrive to Canada from Italy...

What would the CIC email reply mean then if it was returned due to CAP reached??
Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on 30 Aug 2011 as the cap of NOC 1122 has been reached.
How can I interpret then this line from my email reply?

Hi,

I have been going through all the post quitely since long. For sure this forum is informative and interesting as we are discussing the topic about our future.

In response to Jeca; my file was received on 5th July. My consultantant couriered it on 30th june to them. I signed the form on around 21st May (if I am not wrong).

I did send BD with the documents, but till today I have not received any news from my consultant. I hope that things go fine, as I am not sure if they accept my application as BD has not been charged till today.

The important date is the one when the application reached CIO & not what you put on the forms while signing. Even when the signed date is pre July 2011 & application reaches post 1st July 2011, it will considered according to rules & regulations effective post 1st July2011 (MI3, the new year for skilled workers starts from 1st July 2011 upto 30th June 2012)

BREAKING NEWS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called up NOVA SCOTIA SERIVE CENTRE last friday. The agent , a lady informed me that they were still opening the FSW1 applications recd. on 6th July. So we will have to wait a little.I wonder what does this mean as many applicants from 7th , 8th july have got there c/c charged.
But there is no c/c or bank draft charge after 18th August in any NOC. So i presume there is something different happening. But for sure all 8th july applicants have a very good chance.

The no. is 0017329275433 and then follow the instructions till you end up talking to an agent. It will tak appx. 15-20 minutes to get to an agent.

Thanks for the info but are you sure about the number? I just called it now and I got someone's residence.........

hi every 1 whatever am reading from last few weeks it seems that my chance is gone coz my application received by mike on 12 aug at 2.30,but 1 thing i dont understand if that is the case that cap was filled on 8 aug then why they updated till 10 th aug that total application received is 419,then there is no update till 22 that cap is full so is there any hope that i ll make it within the cap,plz reply guys so that i can take further step regarding my future

satish i received a reply to my email from CIC on 30th Aug (sent on 19th Aug - 6 weeks from 8th June) Contents of which are below. This most definitely states that the Cap has been reached.

Good Morning,

Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on 30 August 2011 as the cap of NOC 1122 has been reached.

Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application form. There is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service.

Mine was recieved at exactly 10.01Hrs on 8th july according to UPS data.

My CC was charged on 12th august.

You do not need to post this again, the format of this mail is exactly like the standard mail that they send. We trust you. Folks please accept the fact that this year the cap was reached on the 8th of July and start working on your plan B without wasting any more time. CIC just changes rules keeping a very short lead time. For example, the notification for changes on the 26th July'10 came on the 24th if I remember correctly.

Yes, Priya we trust you. If people don't believe you it's their problem not yours . Grim you are right they had posted changes (loads of them) on 24th June 2010 for the year beginning 1st July 2010.

It is stated in OP-6 Bulletin:

Page-12:
"In calculating the caps, the CIO will consider applications in the order of the date they are
received. Applications received on the same date will be considered for processing having regard
to routine office procedures."

This means that if 10 officers in CIO work on application reception and they conclude that it's complete, they receive and receive until 500 is reached per NOC. This limit can be reached in the middle of the day, around 1:30 pm for example. They probably have their internal computer based checklists of completed applications so every officer can see if he can accept more apps. or not. That's why some of NOC 1122 applicants whose apps. reached CIC on July 8th will be accepted and some of them will not be accepted. It's really sad, because you can never know if your application which reached CIC in the morning is accepted or declined because officer took someone's appl. which arrived in the afternoon.

This is not rocket science. Many of us worked in the office or at least we know someone who does.
When I get 10 files on my desk, I operate from the top to the bottom.
This is just my opinion and I would like to know what do you dear members of this forum think?

Some of us can not speak nor write German. In any case send us the link
