1122 Post Application ON July 2011 Lets Share

I understand Jason123 whose application was received on 13th July had his payment encashed on 24th August.
So the cut off date can not be 8th July.

Any ideas here?

Just recieved a reply from cic after 11 days.

"Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on 30 August 2011 as the cap of NOC 1122 has been reached."

Guess everyone after the 8th should have no hope of their cc / bd being encashed. Process seems to be the same as last year.

how come this could happen the cap reached in 8th of july and the update from the cic in 22th of augest ? A 45 days backlog ? What kind of effeicency they have ?

Very much in doubt of your post. CIC is an Immigration body whose update is binding on them thus no room for inefficiency.

they were obviously not expecting thousands of application for 1122. for example if they got 50-100 appl in one day.. that doesnt mean they will be able to check all of them on the same day.

I can remember, CIC did not updated their website on "completed application" received for more than 10 days from First of july.
The cap reached message was seen on 22nd Aug. Before that it was updated on Aug 10, and the number of completed application on that date for NOC 1122 was 419.

So, in my view 8th July date is not possible. Aug 8, might be possible. don't worry guys, many of you will make it.

When did your application reach CIC ? Do you mean August or July 8th ? The former is possible unfortunately.

Our applications reached only their mail room and was never even opened... This is what I've been posting about this site from the beginning.. There was no pessimism or optimism.. This is the second rejection for me as the CAP was reached...

Then how can you explain Jason's CC charged on the 24th of August when his appl. was received on the 13th of July?

Or they are not working on a first in first out basis, or Jason App wasn't received on the 13th July..

I guess Jason's app should have reached before 8th.. He may have not tracked the dates properly..

I had my application returned in June 2011 due to cap reached. They opened my documents , gave me a file number and than wrote an explanation letter.
I have just received the whole package back two weeks ago.

if this true and. The cap reached in the 8th of july,then unti the 22th of augest they probably recived more than 2700 applications for 1122 which I can believe

we should know that they might not be having much of man power and theres not just one noc. they must be checking few applications in a day. or untill 15th july they were only able to get 52 application after scanning many many incomplete applications.

this is very hardly to believe in. I saw user posts previous to this that they are saying their CCs are charged and their apps were received after 8th of July. I think this is some kind of mistake because there is no logic after all. please, review your statements and confirm once again because lots of people are reading this forum and currently it is their only source of information.
