Heloo Friends, :) ;) :) and specially Wayne :)

After going through the site one thing I can make out is there is so much valuable information shared on this site and lots of wild guesses. Well guys I have sent my application on 1st Aug 2011 and it is received by M.KRSZDA on 05th Aug 2011.
Can anyone tell me what could be the next step?
As I can see from the official website of Canadian Immigration that the cap has reached 336 so is this figure is of those persons who have cleared their preliminary checking and found correct or otherwise .

I have deposited my fees through BD How can I come to know about my application status and after how many days ?

After reading the blogs I am getting a feeling that I am already late. Is that so ?

Help me guys Clear my doubts. ::)

I too have crossed my fingers for the best and good to happen. All the best to all of you here ....

There is no indication that you are late.
I don't really follow the logic of some forum members saying that they are handling request of July 5th or 6th, I think they don't have a back log at all.
Don't be so pessimistic.

Hi. I don't think they have much in the way of a backlog now. Maybe 20/30 applications for 1122 are unopened at the time they publish the totals (just guessing), so if the application reachde 5th August I think it is highly likely it will count towards the cap.

Only way of telling is give it a few weeks then phone the bank and see if the BD has been cashed (which means you are passed the completeness check and therefore the application is within the cap), or just waiting 5/6 weeks and hopefully you will get PER email.

Wayne.

Just an inquiry:

With respect to the awarding of points under work experience, does CIO visa officers count commulative work experience under the same NOC code?
e.g. 2 years Business Management Analyst then 25hours per week as a consultant for 4 years (equivalent to 2 years of full time work)

Will they consider that as 4 years of work experience under NOC 1122 and get the full points for the said selection criteria?

Hi Guys i sent my applications package on 26 of july,it reached the CIO on the 2nd of august,G.Miller has signed the delivery, but i have discovered that the visa office specific check-list is not included, and i have sent it after two days and reached CIO in the 4th of Augest ,do you think that they will accept it or they will return my package ??????

Any one can help :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

As per my understanding, they will consider your app as incomplete and return it back after finding incomplete doc during scrutiny of main app.

Hi All,
Need help .. my friend has filed his papers in 1122 category . He forwarded his application on 1 Jul 2011 through an agent. His application has already reached . But his money is still not encashed. In the spreadsheet that is updated in this forum we have noticed that people whose application reached later than his own has been encashed. He is totally confused and very upset. Does that mean he is not included in the 336 updated figure as on today.
Would welcome suggestions and help.
Regards,
Goodluck2all

When did his application reach the destination.. What date..? Did he use credit card or bd?

There can be two reasons for that: 1) He has sent a banker's draft and usually there will be a delay in en-cashing that compared to a CC 2) He has sent the application from a far off country like India and it may have taken 8 to 9 days as it happened in my case to deliver application by the courier . Though the app was sent on 1st of July it may have actually reached on the 9th or 10th.Currently they are have only charged the 6th of july CCs.

So grimreaper, I still have hopes of being accepted?? Because my application reached on July 8th and my CC hasn't been charged yet. hopefully, keeping my fingers crossed!

Hi guys,

Do u see any logic of sending app in two three days from today, or it will sheer waster of time energy. i am just feeling too number for it, my ex emplyer took ages to reply with proper docs and i am in mess.

any suggestion will boost the morale..

hello hey_rigky,

I would say go ahead and apply...no use assuming anything (CAP being filled). WHat's the worst? Your payment won't be deducted. The only money wasted would be courier charges. But, atleast you would know that you tried. Until and unless we hear from CIC about the NOC being filled, don't give up hope and send your application asap!
This is my suggestion......

You can wait for other seniors to respond back, but meanwhile gather up your docs. Good LUck! :)

It has been four weeks since the first week of July, the week your app reached them. There should not be a problem for you. If all the 300 + apps reached in the first week before your app, then at that rate they should be holding more than 1200 applications in their mail room unopened. That really really does not make sense to me.

hi Guys I have applied to the cio on under 1122 but I did not include the visa office checklist ...is this ok or I will be rejected....please addvice.

Thank you Harry D I am not pessimimistic in the approach but a bit nervous ,,,, Lets see wat happens next ..So wat you foresee by wat date I will get some information

I too agree with going ahead rather than thinking and wasting more time If your file is ready better you send it You never know what destiny has stored for you .... Also you will not have any regrets that you didnt tried so better go ahead with a positive approach and keep the fingers crossed like others in this forum ;) ;)
