HAVE ANYONE HERE IN THE FORUM GOT THE POSITIVE REPLY FROM THE CIC ?

hi Guys I have applied to the cio on under 1122 but I did not include the visa office checklist ...is this ok or I will be rejected....please addvice.

Hi Guys i was going through some of the posts and i had read that some of the applicants had applied in end of may 2011 and got their CCs and BDs charged in the first week of August 2011................................................so why we are worrying I think first of all the CIC people will check the completeness of the documents and after that they will do the eligibility review and then they will charge CCs and BDs. One more thing to clarify, I know some of the applicants who had applied in the 1st week of July 2011 had got their CCs and BDs charged but i think the payment is charged for those guys who are either working in any government organization in their countries or they might be working for very reputed and well known organizations like APPLE, MICROSOFT, DELL & IBM etc..............because there are absolutely no chances of fake experience and Academic credentials.

What do you think guys?

I am new to forum from Pakistan and intending to apply under 1122 category. Will appreciate if any one answer my some of queries:

1. For proof of funds, i believe certificate of funds on letter head from banker as at particular date is enough. or do we need to submit the detailed account statements?
2. As per revised guidelines (as of July 18, 2011), do we have to still follow the visa office specific requirements? i did not find any visa office specific requirements on web?
3. in new form there is field UCI? what does it mean?
4. What one should fill in respect of following questions: i think these are for those who intend to apply for quebec then what we should fill?
Have you received your CSQ?
if yes pls indicate the no?
if no, when did you apply for your CSQ?

Are you planning on submitting your application package in the next few days? 336 complete applications have already been received for this NOC and everyone is expecting that the 500 cap is going to be reached very soon.

I think still it is better to give it a shot till the final update appears on the website..

According to CIC website, it asks for the bank certification letter and does not mention the statement requirment so wouldnt harm you if you include it.
2. As per revised guidelines (as of July 18, 2011), do we have to still follow the visa office specific requirements? i did not find any visa office specific requirements on web? No longer a VO checklist exists as it is now combined into an universal checklist. 3. in new form there is field UCI? what does it mean? Unique client identification number , it should be filled if you have submitted a previous application and have obtained a file num.4. What one should fill in respect of following questions: i think these are for those who intend to apply for quebec then what we should fill?
Have you received your CSQ?
if yes pls indicate the no?
if no, when did you apply for your CSQ?
If it is not greyed out, then quote N/A where applicable than leave it blank.

It depends when your application reaches NS, currently it seems you will fall within the CAP.

Do u see any logic of sending app in two three days from today, or it will sheer waster of time energy. i am just feeling too number for it, my ex emplyer took ages to reply with proper docs and i am in mess.

I strongly encourage you yo send your application. If it is returned (Not my wish) at least you will get proper reason to better help you prepare for next year. Better late than never.

Wouldn't it be better to include two more columns in the table for the number of applicants in an application. Adults/Children. Just to be more precise and to check the pattern of cic approval. Just a suggestion.

I just came back from short vacation and found out that my CC got charged for 1100 CAD on friday, 05.08.2011.

It took them 1 month to charge my CC. I was really nervous, but it seams that document's were ok and put in order as they should be.

Can you please tell me what time did your application reach CIC on 6th July? Can you please confirm once again that your CC was charged on 5th August and not before say 4th August?
