1122 Post Application ON July 2011 Lets Share

No doubt they certainly received lot many applications for 1122. But lot of people seem to have sent incomplete applications in a rush to beat the cap.
That can be the only explanation for such low number 52.

Only cashing of processing fee can tell whether you are in or out.

1122 reached 52 as on 21 July 2011, isn't there any one who belong in those 52 applications?

Friends i can't believe my eyes that cic had received only 52 complete applications for NOC 1122, does that mean they are rejecting the application for even minor mistakes in the application forms OR does that mean they are reveiwing the applications very slowly...............

I think possibility of both are there!! Esepecially in 1122 they might be returning applications on even small errors or imcopleteness

Moreover there are also chances that out of many 100s of applications in our category, they have just found only 52 complete uptill now!! Hopefully they are reviewing the rest!!

I also think that a consultant from india sending 100 noc 1122 application on 30th june is false as all counsultants were waiting for the cic website to be updated till 4 th july as it was not clearly stated what the new rules will be and the cic itself had said to check the website on 1 st july for new terms and conditions.
So all consultants were anticipating a change and all were waiting for the website to be updated.
Thats y i dont think that any consultant would have despatched any application on the 30th of june

The CIC site says the numbers indicated in the update represent total "complete" applications as of July 21. 52 is therefore already a subset of the total applications received. For people like me whose application pack was received on July 8, that does not sound too good. No charges have been made on my credit card. I am thinking maybe my pack will be coming home soon with a note telling me to try again another day, and to not forget to fill all fields on the forms. haha

I think I wanna just take everything with a grain of salt.

I think that it's a good news for those who didn't yet submit their application please make a thorough check before you send the application.

for the rest please let us know when CC or BD has been debited!

I will not sleep well until I complete my application and see it reach CIO. Hopefully by Aug 5 I will send it.

Yes, I had same person signing. It looked like an odd name to me, almost not real, until I saw someone else on here had same person!

He....take easy my friends, if suppose that only the situation of CC charged meaning complete and shown on the list of 52 as of 21 of July, I couldn't image that no even one applicant here has been charged and accepted well by CIC especially when total 1122 applicants here has reached nearly 100.
Be confident, we will be all well through this process, after that maybe the first time we meet each other would be Canada having BBQ and Beer.....

Am feeling the same, but don't give up hope just yet. I so want them to take the credit card payment. I am even checking my spam email to see if they have sent anything. I've already been rejected before for missing out one form field, so I really hope the same doesn't happen again

The website does say to start using the new forms and guide from July 18th, so we shouldn't be penalised for using the previous pack of forms, as that's one of my main concerns.

As My experience of shopping online worldwild using CC, there is always about 1 week delay from the click of finishing order.

Phil, that's actually a good point. I think the only real way that you will be able to determine whether your credit card has been charged is if you call them and check, rather than check it online.

I think if there are lots of applications being delivered by DHL to CIO, its because of the Provincial Nominee Program not the FSW. Remember that much more go through the PNP instead of FSW since its easier there not to mention if you have a Job Order. Also consider the other streams of immigration applicants. Lets keep thinking positive guys!

Does any body know that the number of 52 complete applications is after charging the fees of those 52 persons or................ they will charge the fees now after claiming the completeness of 52 applications????

My personal guess is that they have already charged 52 cc or bd. Therefore they updated 52 on their website

Also please note that my bank manager told me that once CIC deposit BD in their bank in Canada, it will take approx 7-10 days in clearing of the bank draft and even more in some cases or countries.

I am not sure regarding CC, but i guess it is charged immediately, even on international transactions

i am toronto-bound. How about you? I think most of the people in ts forum indicated Vancouver. So to be fair and neutral, we are doing beer and bbq in Calgary. Haha.
