Hi,
as the new OOPNP has started and many people(at least 2000??) have applied for OOPNP (minimum point must be 400), I think 11th draw can see a huge drop in the CRS score. Its a ray of hope for people with 400> score who haven't applied for OOPNP.
What is your thoughts??

not really.i believe people who applied for OPNP(or got PT from OPNP) will still remain in the pool until they receive nomination from OPNP and accept it,

People applying for OOPNP are still in the EE and available to be drawn as far as I know. The OOPNP is Ontario, EE is federal, your federal EE profile remains valid while you're applying to Ontario for PNP I believe.

Don't forget that there are lots of candidates who did not accept the PT and wait for the next draws to see what are the chances of getting ITA without PNP

Re: 10th draw will be interesing as OOPNP people will be removed from the pool!!

I think that OOPNP is bringing us the message that scores will remain high, since only people with 400+ can apply for OOPNP. What is the advantage to apply for OOPNP if the CRS go down?

Incorrect, the nomination will take some time to go through, and regardless of whether they have PNP or not, people still need to be drawn from the pool. Its more likely that the points will be increasing as nominations go through.

Score will not likely fall below 600 if there is only one draw a month...

Do not forget that PNP has separate quata from CEC and FSW, so it doesn't matter how many PNP will be here CIC will still have to invite the same amount of people from CEC and FSW.

Ok , I have Changed the topic. I dont want to give people misleading messages. I was thinking that OOPNP people will removed from the pool. Now I am also going to recreate my profile after this Friday if score doesn't come back to 450s. but do we have to pay the free upfront or only if we get the OOPNP invite??

Nomination takes three months at least, and not everyone will be accepted. You must demonstrate ties to Ontario, this is the sticky requirement that a lot of people have swept under the rug. Writing a letter expressing interest to reside in Ontario when you haven't been there will get you a refused application and 1500 dollar less in your bank account. Apply with caution if you don't have ties to Ontario. The points will go down again as low as the mid 400s, cause it had already done so in the past.

What do you mean by "ties"?? presently in Ontario?? I have done my PG in Ontario, but currently in Alberta. I left ON in late 2013.
ON have the most number people and I think people from ON will get first preference than other provinces . And yes, $1500 is too much. Lets see
