Its very unfair been over 5 weeks since the last decent draw.. you'd have to assume anyone over 453 will get an ITA . when that is who knows? times running out

9 draws already. All CIC needs to do is one draw a month. Each month 700+ applicants accumulate. No hope for 400-475 people. No ITA, no PR, no Canadian dream :-* ;D
