I lost a chance at 5700 because of damn server error.

What are the chances at 10900 as I have another number in que. Right now its on 1400.

Pretty high because apparently everyone is using 10 million PCs and browsers... I wager there are not more than 50.000 people in the queue, yet the queue goes up to 350k. So all with numbers below 35.000 stand a good chance at getting in. Also they seem to accept more than 5.000 in this intake for some reason...

What do you think would be the reason why the mon projet system still accepts appl even if its around 12000..do you think they might process all applicstion jn excess of 5000?

The Mon Projet system has no authority. The government decides when they want to stop accepting people. 5.000 is just the minimum they promised to accept. On top of that they will know how many applicants will actually come to canada from last intake period and now accept enough to actually reach 5000 people coming to canada, instead of just submitting a form... On top of that they might be just generous. Let's see what they say tomorrow.

Plus, I was one of the first to submit and got around 7000 as application number. So with 12000 we are likely looking at the end of it. That would make around 6k for June and 6k for August... And also keep in mind that all people outside of this limited quota program also get their number... So there might also be a few hundred to thousand people in those 12000 that have a job offer for instance.

Don't forget the are charging huge amount per application multiply it you will know this can b another reason, coz 5000 application will reap no benefits for them after all they need money to pay salaries and etc...

Haha then they would be as clever as the software company that built this queuing service 8)
700 EUR are a joke. An immigrant who doesn't succeed in their society is a huge financial risk. And if he succeeds, the 700 EUR are a drop in the bucket...
In the end there is a reason they only accept 5000, its called: Self preservation
