may i know where and how could i get this thank you guys...yes i just received yesterday..they also request APPENDIX A AND PERSONAL INFO, AND OUR NEW BORN BABY CERTIFICATE, I just emailed them about tuesday and they just emailed me back..asking with those documents and passport...goodluck everyone

U can get at any DFA office sis within 7 working days or 15 working days!!.. If u r here in manila u need to apply an appointment online check their website..http://www.passport.com.ph/info/requirements/for/renewal

Congrats sa nakakuha ng ppr.
Masipag siguro vo niya hahaha ako May 29 pero waiting pa din. Madame dame pa din na walang ppr sa May applicants

they Additionally ask for REMED but our problem they asking the Original NSO BIRTH CERTIFICATE FOR A OUR NEW BORN BABY that only10 DAYS old, and i don't think NSO office could release it anytime now Any one know's? if we could rush our babies Birth certificate this time? thanks for help, I wait guys

You can expedite it.. at your local civil registrar.. just ask them.. our marriage cert just took 1 month to process at NSO. maybe BC will make it

ASTEST PROCESS

1. You register the birth/marriage at the Local Civil Registrar Office (LCRO) at the municipal/city hall.
2. File for "advance endorsement" at the LCRO. Advance endorsement means the LCRO will no longer wait for the date it set to advance the OCRG copy to NSO, local office. Instead, it will right away send the document via a courier to the NSO Main Office. Ensure that the original OCRG copy is sent. It should be addressed to:

MS. LOURDES J. HUFANA
CIVIL REGISTRATION DEPARTMENT
NATIONAL STATISTICS OFFICE
3/F VIBAL BUILDING, EDSA COR. TIMES ST.
QUEZON CITY 1104
Take note of the following details: (you can find all of these in the receipt of the courier)

a. Courier used (e.g. LBC, JRS Express, DHL, etc)
b. Tracking Number (this will be provided by the courier upon request for delivery)
c. Date forwarded to the NSO
d. Name of Addressee

3. Request online for an NSO certificate at https://www.ecensus.com.ph/Default.aspx. Each certificate will cost P315. After payment is made, you will instantly receive an Acknowledgment Notification email confirming your order from e-census.info @ mail.census.gov.ph.

4. Reply to the Acknowledgment Notification email. Inform them of the advance endorsement process, and give details of the courier used, tracking number, date, and name of addressee. The mail support of e-census is excellent in customer service so you will be catered well.

Once they receive the documents, and with some follow-ups, in not much time, your NSO certificate will be delivered soon in your doorsteps.

If you don't mind me asking, Yolanda victim po ba kayo? They stopped sending regular PPRs kasi sa mga may applicants nung November 2013 eh. Anyway, congrats sa PPR mo, sana makuha mo na passport mo.

Hindi po ako Yolanda Victim, from North Luzon po ako eh. last Nov 14 ko na receive yung email nila asking for my passport and additional documents na send ko namana agad yung doc the other day kaso till now d pa nila binabalik yung passport ko....

Wow...ang galing naman sis. Congrats uli ah..buti ka pa may PPR na . Pero bakit kaya tagal nila balik passport mo? Malay mo this March i-release na .

Sana next na kaming July applicants sa inyo hehe

hi sis/ bro ppr din ako last nov kaso yolanda victim, senend ko yung pp ko last january taps yung ibang required docs. I was able to submit it last feb 12, just wana ask lng sis, saan b adress sinend mo yung pp at other docs mo? La din ako blita eh. Expected ko nga mbilis lng yung skin since expedite papers ko pero la din blita. Worried lng ako bka b d nila nrecv yun.. Nku wag nmn.
