10-Years Old work experience expiry in Express Entry Profile

In EE the maximum point one can get for outland work experience is 3 years. After that it does not matter if someone have 10 or 15 years of work experience.

Chill Bro. EE would let you create a profile if you have work experience in the last 10 yrs. Depending on the experience (1 yr, 2 yrs or 3+) you will be allocated the points accordingly.

Its a very feeble chance to get an ITA but you its always worth a try.

10-Years Old work experience expiry in Express Entry Profile: Hello Friends..!! My Wife is main applicant for Express Entry Profile, we have created her profile a month ago in EE FSW. Her experience is about to become 10-years old in Mid of March 2018. Will her EE profile become invalid after that date or Dates freezes in EE system for experience unlike age years counts in EE system...? need expert opinion, please share experience and knowledge... thank you in advance.
