10-Years Old work experience expiry in Express Entry Profile: Hello Friends..!! My Wife is main applicant for Express Entry Profile, we have created her profile a month ago in EE FSW. Her experience is about to become 10-years old in Mid of March 2018. Will her EE profile become invalid after that date or Dates freezes in EE system for experience unlike age years counts in EE system...? need expert opinion, please share experience and knowledge... thank you in advance.

It should not matter. In the work experience page, you would have chosen her current job as ongoing (as in no end date). The system will automatically consider this.
Also, why do you think the EE profile will become invalid at 10 yrs work experience??? EE profile will only expire after 1 year of creation if no ITA has been received.

@Nishant Dear, she worked for 3-years in a multinational company, she left her job in mid of march 2008, since that time she didn't work anywhere. so as of today her experience is 9-years and 10 months older. as per conditions for EE profile the experience should not be older than 10-years. hope you got my point now. thank you.
Yes, that clear now. In this case, firstly i believe you have chosen only these dates as her employment dates?
And yes, the system will automatically change the dates once the date expires. it wont remain 3 years and will keep reducing.
Whats your CRS score. Pray that you get an ITA asap. Once you get the ITA, dates are frozen on the system and you will have 90 days to supply the documents.

@Nishant Thank you for reply dear, her CRS is 363 at the moment, she is going to attempt once again for IELTS to improve score. Hope and pray we get ITA. yes we have mentioned her experience with start and end dates, so we have only time up to mid of march 2018. after that her experience will become 10-years old, and she will be out of that condition for EE, if system counts expiry time too. I red somewhere experience and age freezes once we create profile.
Shahid, i can understand you situation. @363 it is impossible to get an ITA. the Last cut off was 446 i guess. Hopefully she will score much better in her IELTS.

@Nishant : Yes I know that score is too far. we hope it reduce to 413 like it became in 2017
. we have calculated, if she score CLB 9+, then her score will reach around CRS 413, as IELTS score effects 3-areas, First Language, Skill Transferability and combination with another area. each areas adds around 25 CRS.Hope for the best. we are afraid our profile will become invalid after mid of march 2018.

If we go back 10 years to January 16th, 2008 that would mean any work experience after such date is still valid. Your spouse needs a year of continuous full-time work experience but if she finished working by March 2008 that would mean she only has 2 months of valid work experience.

LOL, I agree. It is not clear why the profile is still eligible, I suspect that the OP is either not telling us something, or there's an error in dates (or in the profile).
Sorry guys, the "end date" was 18th March 2009, she worked 3-years & 2-months. so EE system allow us to create profile.

In EE the maximum point one can get for outland work experience is 3 years. After that it does not matter if someone have 10 or 15 years of work experience.
