It usually happens at 00:00 UTC time, so google it, it will give you the time and you can know the difference from your home time.

I think it shud b less than 400 bcz oonp is already providing the PT to those who have more than 400. They are choosing the cream participants so naturally other provinces want less points to invite the people.

Not really, the 400+ applicants for OOPNP are still in the pool and are entitled to receive an ITA if the cutoff score allows.

Yes but all of them have not selected Ontario as a province and they created their profile before june 1z

1. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 10.2(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the number of invitations that may be issued during the period beginning on June 12, 2015 and ending on June 13, 2015 is 1,501.
