1 yr pg diploma from Annamalai university

Hi guys, I want higher score for canada PR. I am thinking to do pgd for 1 year from annamalai university. Course name is *post graduate diploma in business administration - 034 code*.. Pls advise if this will give me any points and is this WES approved??

I am a BE(ECE) graduate with 4.4 years of experience as a Web Programmer.
I am planning to do a 1year PGD in Business Administration from Annamalai univ, but it has only 4 papers in total and most of the courses offered there has only 4 to 5 papers in total.

Will PGDBA from Annamalai University be recognised as a 1 year diploma in WES evaluation?
Else, what would be your suggestion? please shed some light, if you had gone through what I am experiencing now.
What about PGD in BA from Alagappa university? How to apply for admission and transcripts after the degree completion.
Please share your knowledge.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
