As Vensak mentioned pls confirm your profile details ..Since my current NOC is 2171 and my crs is 424 and have ielts --Clb 9 and recreated profile on Jan 25 2018...If you had got the NOI...I think even I should have ...Unless you have French lang skills... Pls share your profile...
