is there portal-based for inland? because our documents got returned and we almost gathered missing documents and planing to send soon but paper based

Actually, I have the same issues but I am doing the paper-based application for an inland spouse but not sure how to go about an open work permit? where do you start with open work permit for paper-based.
I advise you to do paper based
for paper-based application, applying for open work permit is a fairly straight process. You need to submit IMM 5710 along with fee payment receipt. All details are indicated in Guide IMM 5289.
For online sponsorship application however, it's not clear.
I filled 5710 but now noticed page 4 work experience for past 10 years the line doesnt go down
Hi guys, my application (paper-based) was received on Jan. 25, 2022. I haven't heard anything from them so far. No submission confirmation email, no AOR. As I can see on the spreadsheet, it looks like almost almost everyone is still waiting. Please share you timelines!
