“date the applicant first became qualified to practice this occupation.”?

Hi,

I received my Provisional certificate for my Bachelors in June and I started working as a full-time employee in a company from July onwards for Skill A program.

But, my Degree certificate was issued in August. So, my question is for “date the applicant first became qualified to practice this occupation.”, which month I should put?
