Free English classes for immigrants is true. Actually it is full time courses. These special courses are called ESL (English as Second Language) and LINC. As soon as you landed, you could search for these classes in your city. The contents of these classes are not in academic level. They teach you how to adopt yourself as a new comer into the Canadian society. If you feel that you are not very comfortable with your English skills, then you need to participate into these classes.

منظورم وام نیست. منظورم همون فاند هست. که کار به سختی یا راحتیش ندارم فقط میخوام بدونم که شرط یکسال ورود به کانادا رو داره؟

I'm not very familiar with academic rules and policies. I graduated in Iran/ShirazU and never continued my education in Canada. In general, there two types of fundings: Scholarships and Bursaries. There is difference between these two and I suggest you to read the following pages, just as a starting guide:

I didn't see this in Ontario, but that is true for Quebec. If you study French as a full time student in Quebec, they will pay you $500 a month! Please note that my info is not up-to-date. When we came here, we went to one of LINC classes. We were evaluated and started the last level of English. We were not offered to receive any financial assistance.

یعنی کسانی که سطح زبانشون پائینه کلاس مجانی دارن و بقیه کمک هزینه میگیرن، پس یعنی کلاس هزینه داره براشون؟
مگر نگفتید برای مهاجران رایگانه ؟

چیزی نشده طبق جامعه آماری هم باشه هر روز به بچه های اینجا که نمی رسه، می خواین یک نامه بزنین که اول مدیکالو به بچه های این فروم بدین

دوستان یه نظریه شخصی ,نکنه ورشویی های عزیز که تا الان هم به اندازه کافی غیر قابل پیش بینی بودن این بار تصمیم گرفتن هفته اول هر ماه را بصورت ضربتی وسریع تعداد قابل توجهی تقریباً به اندازه همون تعدادی که در طی دوره های یک ماهه قبلی مدیکال میدادند)مدیکال بدن و بقیه ماه رو به کارای دیگه مثل پ ر بپردازند)
که با این شرایط یک تعادلی هم بین تعداد مدیکالهای ارسالی تا حالا و ویزاهای آماده برای صدور ایجاد خواهد شد.
در غیر اینصورت فکر کنم از جایی که خیلی خوش شانس هستیم نوبت که به ما رسید آسمون تپید :-[

I'm sorry Mahyar jan, but I did not notice the relation of the attached links to the ESL classes of our discussion. The links that you sent is about being trained to teach ESL and this training courses are called TESL. Actually, for some reasons I'm very familiar with these courses and TESL. This website offers you to be trained to teach adults English as second language. And the "Search for an ESL Program" page helps the teacher to find a place to teach. (Although it also helps to find the ESL centres too).
Or maybe you meant something else and I did not get it!

The links that you sent is about being trained to teach ESL and this training courses are called TESL. Actually, for some reasons I'm very familiar with these courses and TESL. Yes. I absolutely agree with you that this is a country-wide program and you can register in ESL or link across Canada, no matter where you live.
