Dear Applicant,
this refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.
Please be advised that in order to continue the processing of your application it is required that you submit:
1) Updated Schedule A Form, Family Info Form and Supplementary Info Form for you, your spouse and daughter Taranom (forms may be obtained from http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp).
2) Right of Permanent Residence Fee in the amount of $490CDN x 2 persons (for you and your spouse) (see Fee Schedule available at http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/poland-pologne/visas/processing_fees-frais_traitement.aspx?lang=eng ).
3) Updated original police clearance certificates from the authorities of Iran for you, your spouse and daughter Taranom along with their original translations into English or French by a sworn translator.
4) Updated original police clearance certificates from the authorities of the United Kingdom for you, your spouse and daughter Taranom.

5) Updated proof of sufficient settlement funds. Please note that the funds must belong to you and must be located in a bank account in your name.
You must provide evidence of all the unencumbered transferable funds you have available for your settlement in Canada, including evidence of the accumulation of those funds. This must include a bank statement(s) showing all transactions for the last six months with a current balance at least equivalent to the minimum required funds. A letter of solvency providing the current balance of your account(s) or the average credits and debits in your account(s) is not acceptable evidence.

6) Photocopies or scanned copies of all pages of your and your accompanying family members' passports. This information may be provided by mail, courier or e-mail attachment.
Please note that each family member must be in possession of their own, separate passport. This rule applies to children as well.
We are unable to continue the processing of your application without the required documents. If we do not receive any correspondence from you within 45 days from the date of the letter your application will be assessed on the basis on the information available.
