Also, perhaps a bit early to ask but just out of curiosity, would you know if one can apply for a super visa after parents have visited Canada once and returned to home country within 6 months?

I strongly suggest that you speak to IRCC on the phone and continuously ask for updates, apply GCMS notes every 2 months because there is a chance that they may pick up your file. Relentlessly follow up with them because a lot of time has passed and they have to answer you!

Have you figured out why the eligibility is under review? Mine was due to wrong format of reference letters. I got to know this through gcms notes and I filed the correct documentation post that. It took me 26 months to receive a PPR. I suggest you go with your latest gcms notes to a lawyer...

Unfortunately, I don't know about HYD. Sorry. Try calling the in VFS helpline. I waited for about 45 mins before someone answered. This was in November 2020
