AOR - Jan 2020
Medicals approved and Biometrics updated - Feb 2020

No updates ever since. Provided biometrics at Bangalore. Anyone in the same boat?

Anyone here who was asked to resubmit photographs by the high commission in Delhi? I resubmitted my photos after I received a call on 25th Nov. Any idea how long will it take to get the stamped passport?

LMIA based work permit

applied June 24
Biometric was done earlier for TRV in 2019
Medical was done upfront
Medical passed update on September 17
Applied for GCMS notes on September 16
Got Notes on October 6 - No update in notes, basically useless
Dec 10 - Got document request asking for some more information

Submitting that in couple of days

Applied for SOWP on June 6, 2020. It was refused on Nov 12 due to insufficient information provided to demonstrate spouse's employment is in a qualified NOC. Applied for reconsideration with the updated employment letter on Nov 13, got generic response within 24 hrs, saying that due to covid reconsideration request may be delayed and asked me to reapply if I can address the refusal.

Reapplied again on Dec 10, with the job duties/roles and responsibilities as per NOC code and added explanation for previous refusal. But still didnt get any update on the reconsideration request webform.

Any idea how to contact Program Manager at New Delhi?

You applied 4 days ago, current processing time for work permit is 32 weeks, don't you think you will have to wait a bit to get any sort of response?

I am aware of that. I am wondering about the reconsideration request, as it’s been a month since we submitted our request through webform and still didn’t receive any update.

reconsiderations rarely get any reply, less than 5% cases get any response
