You can directly contact NDVO on the number provided on NDVO website that will be the best way to know, ideally they should send you a email detailing the two way courier process

Unfortunately, I don't know about HYD. Sorry. Try calling the in VFS helpline. I waited for about 45 mins before someone answered. This was in November 2020

Application Submitted on Feb 5 2020
Denied on April 25
Applied for ATIP notes on April 28th
Received Notes in June 1st week
Notes shows denied reasons primarily because of non submission of supporting documents

Submitted again on June 24th
Medical Submitted upfront
Medical passed - September 17th
ATIP notes applied - October 15th
ATIP notes received - November 10th, showing nothing except medical passed
December 10th - Additional documents request received.
December 11th - Additional document submitted

Current status - waiting for update

During this time, submitted web form in december, got generic reply saying your file is under process and delayed due to covid

Thank you Travel plans are still a long way to go, probable next steps as "DM", "PPR", Passport stamping & COPR, AL and then travel booking.. with the current mandatory hotel quarantine & increased travel restrictions... still unsure when I will be able to travel !!!

however at the least the file processing is going on and I am hopeful I will be able to be with my Son in Toronto when he turns 10 in May....Fingers crossed...

I called up IRCC and they said my application is at NDVO, I'm a FSW-O applicant from India
does this mean NDVO is the secondary visa office or primary?
I've cleared my medicals and biometrics have been submitted
