What does it mean when its say Final Decision? But did not receive any document yet.

We have received AOR, Biometric, Medical and Pre-arrival service letter. Can I do PCC without request and submit it?

They have accepted these documents and did not ask any further documents. After that I received AOR, Biometric, Medical and Pre-arrival service letter. Waiting for PCC request and rest of things.
