Hi there, my CL partner just received her OW permit as well (we applied for PR in october), Do you know if them granting her this OW permit means our application is strong and are likely to be accepted? I am just wondering as on eCas I have still not been approved to be a sponsor.

I see, so it has no bearing whatsoever? If her application gets rejected, would her work permit be revoked? Or she could work in Canada until its completion? It is hard to plan for the future with so much uncertainty haha

I guess this is bad news for us, since our app arrived Sept 24th and still no AOR... Is the AOR emailed of mailed by post? If our package gets sent back to us I guess we will need to move back to Korea since her visa runs out December 13th :(.
