hello guys! my ecas status changed to 'in process' last december 13. does it mean that my application was approved? i haven't received any notice/letter coming from the CEM. my application is being handled by an agency. still, all of the people i know who applied before me are saying otherwise...

nag-email ako last monday sa CEM and i received the reply yesterday. still on cue pa ang application ko, pending review by a visa officer. si FES and VO ko. hopefully, next week will bring good news.
